W-System

The new Aerocom system for managing technical and flight operation data . Web-based, it exploits Oracle's proverbial power and stability as database and Java language to offer an enterprise system, coming from Aerocom's twenty years of experience in aviation software.

Target

The system is the flagship product offered by Aercomsystem to the transport and the major General Aviation operators, with both fixed wings airplanes and helicopters. No limitation in terms of number of fleets, nor in terms of number of aircraft. Aircraft up to 4 engines plus APU are manged.

Technology

W-System is a program based on the most recent technology in order to offer the possibility to operate with remarkable speed and reliability from every remote station connected to the centralized servers through a normal Internet connection. This means that, without special lines, users from any external base, remote stock area, maintenance station during maintenance actions, can log in and work as they are in the office.

The used database is Oracle ®, the database server known by IT specialists as the most powerful and reliable database server available today for any great number of records.
