Aerocom M-System Quality module is intended for managing three types of data:

  • PART 145 Quality requirements

  • JAR OPS Quality requirements

  • Internal Training activities

Full management of audit system is provided with the audit program with the referred planned audits, the additional ad hoc audits and, for both, the corrective action audits in case of non conformity. The forms used during the audits have the ability to pop-up on your display the quality procedure that refers to the audit subject. Non-confomity status report and corrective action expiry are generated automatically.

An annual summarizing Review of Quality System effectiveness and the results of the audits for the different areas can be easily done.

A complex but easy to manage Man Power Planning is provided with staff assignment and work verification.

The module leverages the power offered by M-System in the management of the electronic format documents. Dozens of document types can be organized, saved in the server and opened in pop-up windows from within the system pages. One example only could be the ability to have all the certificates received and all the mail sent and received to and from your authority always available on your PC with a simple mouse click.

  • quality briefing: describe topic and outline of the briefing, or link a Word, PDF or OpenOffice document

  • quality inspection: create a list of invited staff members, then send them information requests and store responses and analysis

  • quality report: link an electronic document and automatically notify a list of receivers about its availability

  • subcontractor: control with ad hoc audits the quality of your subcontractors' services

  • feedback system: manage special non conformities with a feedback activity in order to check whether or not the corrective actions have effect.

Regardless your organization is 147 certified or performs training courses for its own staff only, the training section allows you to manage the course plan with booking of training rooms and devices, to notify automatically the trainee about the programs, to keep the presence book in order to know day by day the effort of every trainee. At the end of the course you can get a form with all trainee presences and you can immediately generate the final certificates.
