Flight module of M-System tries to cover how much as possible the typical needs of a flight department.

From the flight request received by a client, to prepare the offer, immediately published to Internet. Your client is automatically notified about the availability of the offer through an e-mail. He has the option to confirm on-line and in this case you will get a notification e-mail.

From the confirmed offers, flight dispatcher can assign aircraft and crew. Both client and crew will be notified about the meeting point. This process automatically give you the daily and weekly program, even in graphical format.

Crew assignment is made easy with the flight fatigue check. Multiple sets of limits in terms of flight time and duty time are possible. Moreover, about crew, checking and training based on JAR-OPS , -FCL and special Company requirements can be managed to have full history, expiry and planning.

When the flights take place, recording is assisted by the program in order to minimize the typing and calculation errors. Several verification procedures check, among others, flight overlapping, time acceptability, holes in Technical Log Book pages or positions in the page, etc. Full statistics will be make available to both flight operation and technical departments.

Turn assignment on the Company bases is also managed for flight crew and technical staff.

The program allows to set three different access to the data:

• full access for normal user

• pilot limited access for downloading its flight plan and personal reports through Internet

• staff on the Company bases limited access for recording flights and refuellings carried out on the base, avoiding the usual centralized recording with devoted staff
